Leave your trace in art. I left it working with Bergamot group. My name is Pawel Leszkowicz. I am an art historian, art critic, lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, curator of exhibitions such as Love and democracy, Empire of the senses, Vogue, Urban legends, and finally, Ars Homo Erotica. In the exhibition Ars Homo Erotica I worked with Bergamot group. Bergamot implements a performance art project involving other people to write performance scenarios which they perform later. I wrote a performance titled Queer Belarus. And asked Bergamot to prepare it for the Ars Homo Erotica exhibition. In videoperformance Volha and Raman from Bergamot group have to personify Belarusian television presenters and tell you about the situation of gays and lesbians in Belarus. Bergamot realized videoperformance Queer Belarussia by my script. I never wanted to be an artist, but Performance art has always interested me.
