There are a few different ways that I finish my beadloom work, depending on the type of bracelets and material I’m using. But there are a few steps that I ALWAYS do. And I feel they are a must with loom work. 1. Weaving on both ends of your work. Especially if you are making a bracelet, or piece of jewelry that you will be using clasps and finding on. Weaving both ends not only helps keep your beads in place better, it gives a good anchoring point for your clasps so you don’t have to sacrifice a row of beads. 2. Gluing your weaves AND the sides on your work. I like to glue the end weaves for obvious reasons. But I also like to do the sides of my work also. Why? Because I want to secure any lose thread pieces from starting a new thread piece, or what not, so there’s extra security it won’t come unraveled. These are the 2 biggest things I do on EVERY single piece of bead loom work I do. Comment what types of things you like to do when you finish your bead loom work.
