Aaj maine banayi bahut tasty Kathal ki sabzi cooker mein ek baar agar khaliya to chicken mutton bhool jaoge 😋 Sabse pehle kathal ko cooker me 2 seeti tak boil kiya. Boil karte time usme hing aur namak add kiya. Phir kathal ko nikaal kar thode oil me halka fry kar liya. Uske baad same cooker me mustard oil dala. Phir lahsun, pyaz, adrak aur mirch ka paste daal kar achhe se bhuna. Masala bhunte waqt maine add kiya: • ½ spoon garam masala • 1 spoon ashok meat masala • Namak • Deggi mirch • Haldi Masale ko tab tak bhuna jab tak oil separate na ho jaye. Jab masala achhe se bhun gaya tab fried kathal daal kar 5 minute tak bhuna. Uske baad garam pani daal kar gravy banayi aur cooker me 2 seeti aane di.
