This trolleybus system operates various subtypes of Solaris' Trollino 12, with a network that resembles a grid. There are only 3 actual turning facilities, and various routes make loops, zigzags or an infinite 8 across the system. Tychy is home to over 121 thousand inhabitants and is well known for its car manufacturing and brewery (famous Polish brands like Tyskie and Książęce are made here). Tychy's trolleybus system is operated by Tyskie Linie Trolejbusowe (TLT) and is part of the wider Upper Silesian Metropolitan Region's transport network.
