Ingredients: Rice flour - 1.5 cup Jaggery - 250 g Greated Coconut - 3 cup (1 coconut) Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp Ghee - 1 tsp Salt Quick recipe: 🥟 To make pooranam, In a kadai add coconut and 1/4 cup water and jaggery and mix it well until it becomes pooranam consistency 🥟 Then add cardamom powder and ghee in pooranam for flavour 🥟 Take 1 spoon of pooranam (or as required) and make it into a ball shape 🥟 For kolukattai, in a bowl add 1.5 cup rice flour and pinch of salt and add boiled water and mix it well until it becomes a thick and then allow it to cool for some time 🥟 Take some portion of rice flour mixture and form the outer layer and stuff it with the ball shaped pooranam and make it like a kolukattai 🥟 Then apply some oil on the steamer plate and then place all the kolukattai and steam it for 10 minutes and it is ready
