Today I take you through a total body approach to strength training, I take you through a warm up and cool down. Talk through what weights you should be using, correct technique and posture. A perfect introduction to give you some understanding about effective strength training. 20 MINUTE FULL BODY INTRODUCTION TO STRENGTH TRAINING EQUIPMENT NEEDED DUMBBELLS- if you have a pair of 3kg this is a great starting point. I used a range from 3kg-5kg in this session.
