Lacson confirms draft Blue Ribbon report recommending charges vs Chiz, Jinggoy, Joel | ABS-CBN News

Senate Blue Ribbon Committee chairperson Sen. Ping Lacson confirmed on Wednesday (February 4) the existence of a "leaked" draft committee report recommending charges against incumbent senators Jinggoy Estrada, Joel Villanueva, and Chiz Escudero in relation to the flood control scandal. "Paninindigan ko 'yun," Lacson said, adding that he will "take full responsibility for the content." In order to make the draft report official, Lacson said it will need 11 signatures.
