On the contrary we can be proactive and work on the things that seem to be slowing us down. As ageing tennis players the 3 biggest factors that slow us down are: 1. Reflexes 2. Reaction Time 3 Conditioning There are many drills and exercises that we see on tennis sites that can help but many rec players get intimidated since we usually see young kids or pros doing the drills. DON'T BE INTIMIDATED! you can modify them to make it work for you. In addition there are many fun innovative activities and drills you can do that will reverse the aging problems.
