Today, 19:20 on ZDF with our top candidate for the European elections Johannes Fehr! We are in the middle of the #climate crisis, #inflation is high and everything is becoming more expensive. Property is very unfairly distributed and all the problems have only got worse in recent years. Anyone who, like the German government, invests billions in weapons and armaments while there is no money for a just green transition is not pursuing policies for a better future. The climate strike today is once again more than justified! The problems of environmental destruction and an unjust society can only be solved together! To do this, we need a socio-ecological turnaround that leaves no one behind. Our concrete goals are massively increased public investment in climate protection and fair ecological agriculture. And we want socialisation: basic goods in the hands of the many, e.g. freeing rental flats from the profit-driven market and managing them on a communal, non-profit basis. We also want climate justice: reparations for the global South, paid for by the environmental destroyers, i.e. the super-rich, who have too much anyway. And we want a universal living income for all through fair distribution of wealth and productivity gains and a 4-day working week! Vote for radical change in the European left on 9 June.
