Then whip cream. Now add yogurt and sugar. Mix well. Then cut the cake slices. Now in a bowl spread kiwi rings, orange rings and pineapple rings. Then add the layer of cream, then cake, then cream, again fruits and cover with cake. Allow it to cool. Now place it in a serving platter. In the end garnish with cherries and mint leaves. Serve. Saag Gosht: Ingredients: Mutton ½ kg Onion (sliced) 1 large Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp Water 2-3 litres Mustard 1 kg Green chilies 3 Oil 1 cup Cloves 8-10 Cinnamons 2 Black pepper (whole) 10-12 Green cardamoms 2 Black cardamom 1 Cumin 1 tsp Coriander powder ½ tsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Salt to taste Water as required Tomatoes (chopped) 3-4 medium Scaillons (chopped) for garnish Green chilies (chopped) for garnish Fresh coriander (chopped) for garnish Method: Cook mustard in the water for about 4-5 hours and grind it. Then heat oil add onion and mutton, saute well. Now add cloves, cinnamons, whole black pepper, green cardamoms, black cardamom and cumin. Cook well. Then add coriander powder, red chili powder and salt. Cook well until the mutton gets tender. Now add toamotes, cooked mustard, scaillons, green chilies and fresh coriander. In the end serve with Chawal ka chilla. Chawal Ka Chilla: Ingredients: Rice flour 1 cup Salt 1 pinch Water as required Method: In a bowl mix rice flour and salt. Then add water and make a thick batter. Now heat oil in a frying pan and add ½ cup batter and spread evenly. Once it is half done apply oil and toast. Serve hot.
