After a long journey, I head to grab my eSIM, check out LuckyLand at the airport, set up my EasyCard for the MRT, and of course — grab my first street food in Taipei. Juicy dumplings, a classic breakfast sandwich with a spicy twist, and fresh brown sugar bubble tea — the perfect way to kick off my trip. This is just the beginning of my Taiwan adventures.
