The music is rapid, groovy and catchy, at times with melodic openings; the sounds are sharp and melt together the various protagonists’ experiences to give life to a Modern Metal with a mixed Vintage/Modern taste. This album is the result of hard work, made of sweat, passion and attitude, where Haniwa unleashed all their experience and musical impetuousness. We have composed 11 songs where we believe that our unusual and personal vision of the music is contained, including the listening of totally different music genres in decades but represented in the Haniwa’s way. Haniwa means brutality, aggression, melody and rhythm with a fresh and direct attitude, which takes natural inspiration from the single elements background, but the explosive mix goes beyond the sum of them. The album is the evolution of an instinctive EP, played by impulse, which allowed the band to create a synergy and a compositional maturity that permitted within a year to conceive Helleven. HELLEVEN: title track, determined and convincing, in full HANIWA style! Great and efficient production work on an always charming and aggressive performance. Song that expresses all the intentions of the band, elevated by an excellent guitar solo in Friedman style taste. A worthy track to close the hostilities! HELLEVEN! La musica è serrata, a volte con aperture melodiche, i suoni sono taglienti e fondono assieme le varie influenze dei protagonisti per dare vita ad un genere Modern Metal dal sapore misto Vintage/Moderno. Questo album è il frutto di un duro lavoro fatto di sudore, passione e attitudine dove gli Haniwa hanno dato libero sfogo a tutta la loro esperienza ed irruenza musicale. Abbiamo composto 11 brani dove crediamo sia racchiusa tutta la nostra singolare e personale visione della musica, che comprende l’ascolto di decenni di generi totalmente differenti ma che vengono rappresentati in chiave Haniwa. Haniwa significa brutalità, aggressività, melodia e ritmo con un attitudine fresca e diretta, che prende naturale ispirazione dal background dei singoli componenti ma la cui miscela esplosiva va oltre la somma degli stessi. L’album è l’evoluzione di un EP viscerale, suonato d’impulso, il quale ha consentito alla band di creare una sinergia ed una maturità compositiva che ha permesso nel giro di un anno di concepire Helleven. HELLEVEN: title track decisa e convincente, in pieno stile modern metal degli HANIWA! Grande ed efficace lavoro di produzione su una performance comunque accattivante ed aggressiva in ogni sua parte.
