Inkscape extension: render nodes and handles

My new extension for Inkscape - renders vector version of what you see in the node editor: nodes (with proper figures - square, diamond, circle) and handles with handle nodes. It can be used as alternative to built-in "draw handles", but without zero-width nodes behaviour and with width setting.
