AL-230 Aluminum Machining Center | Short Version

The AL 230 Profile Machining Center is designed to perform all cutting, milling, drilling, marking, centering and face milling operations on aluminium profiles in a single, computer-controlled machine. By combining multiple processes in one system, AL 230 increases production efficiency, ensures quality standardization and reduces labour costs. The machine can load up to 7 aluminium profiles with a length of 7500 mm on the automatic loading belt. The 360° servo-controlled profile holder automatically positions and transfers profiles into the machine. With integrated sensors, profiles are measured automatically and optimized for production. Equipped with a 15.6” industrial PC with Windows 10, the AL 230 offers a user-friendly interface developed by Haffner. Operators can monitor the machining process in 3D on the screen and manually adjust operations when needed. The 315° rotating milling unit with 8 spindles (4.5 kW) provides high precision milling and routing operations, including drain slot opening and complex machining tasks. For cutting operations, the machine features: • Ø600 mm vertical saw cutting between +65° and -240° • Ø400 mm horizontal saw cutting between 45° and 135° Servo-controlled axes ensure high-speed and high-precision processing for superior cutting results. Processed parts are automatically transferred to the exit station and delivered to the operator via conveyor system. The integrated barcode printing system prints labels simultaneously for easy identification of profile parts.
