But the real challenge is in the details: I'm tackling the "cable spaghetti" in the tech-corner—organizing over 100 cables into an optimal bundle—and ensuring every single wall penetration is 100% airtight. We also head into the bathroom to begin the HVAC install, routing air conduits and handling the initial wiring. It’s a mix of messy cable management and satisfying wall finishing.
