Haruki Murakami's new novel, The City and Its Uncertain Walls is almost here. With that in mind, having read an advance copy of the book, I'm hear to talk about what I liked and didn't like about it, and to have a broader conversation about Murakami and the culture around him. For visibility purposes I will mention that I discuss Haruki Murakami's books including The City and Its Uncertain Walls, Sputnik Sweetheart, The Wind Up Bird Chronicle, 1Q84, Norwegian Wood, Kafka on the Shore, and South of the Border, West of the Sun. Haruki Murakami is a Japanese author of great acclaim who has been releasing books since the late 1970's. One might call this a book review, and one might also say that this is a part of booktube. Anyway, thanks for watching (as always). It was super cool to get an advance copy of the book and I'm ever thankful to the publishers. That's all for now! Enjoy the video and also your day/night.
