Is There Such Thing As TOO MUCH Garlic?!

I tested the viral 50 garlic clove idea three different ways. Pasta, mashed potatoes and a focaccia, using a quite frankly absurd sounding amount of garlic to see if it really does mellow out or if it’s just nonsense. Surprisingly, it worked far better than expected. The pasta turned rich and creamy, the mash was ridiculously comforting, and the focaccia was easily the star of the show.
