Salmon fishing w/ Bindee Vang Fishing and 32nd adventure! My money lure was a GLIDEBAIT?!

My first salmon run fishing trip ever was a success largely thanks to our buddy Chong Yang and Peter Her from 32nd Adventure! They have the most experience with these trips and they put us on fish. We didn’t get any steelhead but the kings and cohos were still in the streams. After they found a stream that was holding, Peter, Chong and our other buddy Chengla went upstream while me and Bindee went downstream to spread out the fishing, and it was game on! Chasing salmon was truly a magical experience. To see 8-15lbs fish pushing upstream in a foot of water was mind boggling. The strength of these creatures leaves you in awe. The way they chase smaller glidebaits puts bass chases to shame. The fights were epic an these weren’t even the hardest fighting varieties! I definitely hope to add a few more of these trips to my yearly itinerary. Thanks again to Chong and Peter for showing us the ropes and helping us locate fish!
