During a conversation with former International Criminal Court president, Judge Chile Eboe-Osuji, a member of the Council community asked how a deterioration in international rules-based order might impact the court's effectiveness.  "It's not about the ICC or an international institution, it is about us, the citizens of the world to feel that we do have a stake in this," Eboe-Osuji replied.    "Do we care about the plight of humanity?
