You NEED to Visit Dalat Vietnam 2025 🇻🇳 SOUTH to NORTH EP. 3 of 16

We just arrived in Da Lat, Vietnam, and spent the day diving into everything this highland city has to offer. We started off with an incredible brunch—sticky rice with barbecue pork and a shredded chicken banh mi that blew us away. After that, we rode the alpine coaster down to Datanla Falls, which turned out to be way more fun (and faster) than expected. The views at the falls were stunning, especially after climbing up to a quieter lookout point with barely anyone around. After the coaster ride back up, we headed to Laviet Coffee, one of our favorite roasters in Vietnam. We tried everything from traditional Vietnamese fin coffee to a rich iced coconut blend and even got to tour the factory. Seeing the full bean-to-cup process, including the honey and washed processing methods, made us appreciate our caffeine habit even more. We ended the night with a big bowl of bún bò Huế, plus a surprise banana-leaf-wrapped sausage, and wrapped up the day wandering through Da Lat’s busy night market. From waterfalls to coffee to chaotic food stalls, this city definitely lived up to the hype.
