High grade Gliomas represent the most common primary malignant brain tumors in adults. They include Glioblastomas (Grade IV) and Anaplastic Astrocytomas (Grade III tumors). Despite remarkable medical advances, these continue to be deadly tumors and their treatment represent major challenges.
