GoPro HD Hero2 Outdoor Edition Unboxing

Un-boxing of the new GoPro HD Hero2 Outdoor edition, which is actually the next gen of the previous Helmet Hero. I actually bought the Hero 1 a few days before they release the Hero 2. Thank god that I only made a $10 loss there.. phew... Just received it yesterday and did a test shoot today in the park while walking my dog. I have to say that it supersedes my expectations. The videos were clear as heck, and the frame rate was smooth and skip-free. The still camera function was also alot better then I had imagined it to be. Seems like the optics really did make a very big difference, coupled with the 11Megapixel rating. The quality of the videos and pictures were vibrant, sharp and white balance was pretty spot on in most situations. Although the picture blew out in certain situations, it didn't exactly produce a full wash-out image, but still retained most of the vibrant, sharp images. I hope this unboxing helps anyone of you who is thinking of getting this camera. Totally worth it in my opinion. **Things to take note of. 1) The only ship one quick release attachment now. The one that the camera is attached to on the display box. 2) No more need for a doohickey. Seems like they eliminated the rattle in the mounts. 3) No Composite cables included.
