Do you like butterscotch or cinnamon? Why not have both! Goat mom makes Frisk a delicious butterscotch cinnamon pie that can restore all HP! Imagine eating this every day! Yummilicious! Ingredients: Pre-made 9 inch pie crust Filling: A: 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp water B: 4 tablespoons butter C: 2 cups milk 1 cup heavy cream D: 9 eggs 1/2cup brown sugar 3.5 tbsp corn starch 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp cinnamon 1. Pre heat your over to 180c and prebake your pie crust. (If you want my pie crust recipe, comment down below and I’ll make it in a separate video!) 2. Whisk about ¼ cup sugar from part D with the corn-starch. This prevents lumps. Whisk in the cinnamon. 3. Add everything from part D into the eggs and whisk till smooth. Set aside for now. 4. Mix milk and cream together from part C and heat in microwave till steaming hot. 3-5 minutes. Keep hot. 5. Carefully heat butter from part B and brown it. It will start to smell very fragrant! Be careful not to burn it! 6. Heat the water and the remaining brown sugar from part A till 118-120c. Just be careful not to burn it. 7. Whisk in browned butter, then hot milk/cream in. Bring to a boil. 8. Carefully pour half the hot liquid into the egg mixture while whisking to temper. Return to the pot and bring to a boil whilst whisking. 9. When boiling, continue whisking on low heat for another 2 minutes. 10. Pour into your pre-baked crust and bake for another 30 minutes. It will look molten. Don’t worry. It will firm up. 11.
