Step 1 Add your flour to a bowl, add yeast and sugar, and then add your warm water or yeast mixture if you are not using instant yeast. cover with a kitchen film or clean kitchen towel and allow to proof/ rise or lift for 1 hour maximum. Step 2 Fry as shown in the video on firly hot oil stiring continuously until brown. take it out of the oil and set it on a scieve or salvet to strain excess oil. Note If you are not using instant yeast, just add your yeast and sugar to your warm water and let it proof /sit for 5 minutes before adding it to your flour.
