Health Dimensions Group® (HDG®), a leading senior living, post-acute, and long-term care management and consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minn., would like to introduce its Chief Operating Officer (COO), Erin Hilligan. A seasoned senior living and care executive with three decades of experience in leadership roles, Erin Hilligan provides operations leadership in the areas of quality and regulatory compliance, people, and financial performance in the oversight of HDG’s managed communities. She provides direction for successful operations including financial, census/revenue, expense, sales and marketing, safety, clinical, people, and regulatory management. She also develops, implements, and monitors the annual HDG managed community operating plans and budgets. Ms. Hilligan’s professional accomplishments include the following: Led a senior health care organization’s senior living division, with approximately $300 million in revenue and 3,000 team members in the Midwest. Oversaw integration of services within organizations and health systems, focusing on value-based care, improved quality, and customer experience. Partnered with nonprofit, for-profit, managed care, and other organizations to make a difference in the lives of seniors and improve their health and well-being. Collaborated with full spectrum of senior communities and services, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, transitional care, adult day care, Meals on Wheels, and community-based services such as hospice, home- and community-based services, in addition to supporting the development of new builds, acquisitions, and partnerships. Served as Chair of the LeadingAge Minnesota Board of Directors and held positions on the boards of other professional organizations. Prior to joining HDG, Ms. Hilligan served in leadership roles at a variety of senior living and care organizations, holding titles such as senior vice president of operations, vice president of program execution, corporate director of skilled services, and campus administrator. She has also spent time as a professor and coach.
