Hey Guys! I'm trying to get myself back into shape. I let myself go overboard during the Holidays and it's been hard getting back on track ever since. Well, I've had enough and I want to get my body back! So, I'll be consistently exercising, eating as healthy as possible, and sharing my journey with you along the way. I'm eating mostly high carb/low fat vegan. So, I'll be packing in tons of fruit in the morning. At night I'll eat more fruit, a salad, or cooked vegan meal. If you're trying to get back on track then I hope these videos encourage you. If you're already doing everything right and looking the best ever, then please come and encourage me!lol :-) I will do my best to post Monday through Friday. I might be posting this way for a month or maybe more, I guess we'll just have to see how this goes.
