Tools and Preparation: To start, ensure you have the necessary tools for disassembly: Hook for air vents Screwdrivers for various screws Disassembly Steps: Air Vent Removal: Use the hook to carefully remove the two outer air vents. There's no need to dismantle the middle vent. Unscrew Air Vent Screws: Unscrew the hidden screws inside each air vent. Be cautious not to drop them. Host Unit Removal: Detach the original host unit by unscrewing and carefully disconnecting all the plugs on the sides and back. Screen Removal: Unscrew and lift the original screen, then disconnect all the cables from the back. Base Layer Removal: Remove both layers of the original screen's base by loosening their screws. Installation Steps: Threading the Power Cable: Thread the 12.3-inch screen's power cable from the main unit's position, pulling the white end out at the screen's location. Reinstall Base Layers: Reinstall the second layer of the original screen's base and secure it with screws.
