Have a delicious day! 🤗 Ingredients for 4 persons: 0,7lb/320g of paccheri. 4 shrimps. 0,55lb/250g of liquid fresh cream. 0,88lb/400g of gorgonzola. Lemon thyme. Savory. 1 carrot. 1 celery. 1 red onion. Extra virgin olive oil. Salt. Black pepper. Method: Clean the shrimps and keep the heads and shell aside. Cut them and season with oil, salt and pepper. Clean and cut all the vegetables. Cut the gorgonzola. Sauté the vegetables, add shrimp heads and shells and cook for a few minutes, crushing them gently. Add ice, cold water, aromatic herbs, salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes. Heat the cream, add the gorgonzola and let it melt. Blend the shrimp bisque, sift and bring back to the boil in a pan. Cook the paccheri in plenty of salted water. Halfway through cooking, drain the pasta in the pan and finish cooking in the bisque. Stir with the shrimps and a drizzle of oil. Serve on a bed of gorgonzola cream, with plenty of sauce and cracked pepper. EAT or PASS???
