These gentle exercises are created for seniors, beginners, those with mobility issues, anyone dealing with obesity, or for others just getting back to exercise, I hope this class will work for you. A variety of exercises are put together into a workout to improve your overall fitness. We will start with a gentle walk, get into some strength training, complete a few core exercises, challenge our balance and then finish with stretching. The workout today is a total of 600 steps.
