In this cook I fired up the Oklahoma Joe and smoked a pork butt and rack of baby back ribs to see if we could get that true backyard BBQ flavor. You'll see the full process including seasoning, fire management, the smoke session, and finally the moment of truth when we pull the bones and shred the pork.
