Isabelle Tate, a TV newcomer who appeared in "9-1-1: Nashville," has died at just 23 years old. The sad news was confirmed in an online obituary that states Isabelle passed away on Oct. 19. A cause of death was not immediately made public. The actress previously shared on Instagram in 2022 that she was living with a "progressive neuromuscular disease" that weakened her leg muscles over time and had progressed to the point that she needed a wheelchair. Her family requested in her obituary that those who wish to offer memorial contributions can do so through the official association for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. According to the Mayo Clinic, the condition – also known as hereditary sensory and motor neuropathy – is inherited and causes nerve damage that results in smaller, weaker muscles. "Isabelle was full of fire, a fighter, never once making excuses for the fact that she might have a disability relative to others," her obituary read in part, also noting her love of animals and songwriting ability. Isabelle shared her final Instagram post in January, nearly nine months before her TV debut on the Oct. 9 premiere of "9-1-1: Nashville" opposite stars Chris O'Donnell, Jessica Capshaw, LeAnn Rimes and Kimberly Williams-Paisley. The McCray talent agency, who represented Isabelle, mourned her loss in a social media post and noted the new ABC series was the first major show she'd auditioned for. "She had a wonderful time," the statement read. Isabelle is survived by her mother, father, stepfather and sister.
