If you want tips for the mist, read this : Try your best not to be seen by Wraiths. They are very annoying to fight. You can see them offscreen by their glow that they emit or you can hear the sound that they make. If you are forced to fight them, go in an open area and wait until it attacks to hit it once or twice (repeat until it dies). (Don't fight two at the same time) Find Silk Flies and play your needolin. Watch where they go and follow them in that direction. There are no Wraiths near the Silk Flies, so you don't have to worry about them. There is also always a platform under them so you can play your needolin. After I know which exit is the right one, I worry less about Wraiths, because I can just sprint to the exit, and they can't catch up. Watch your step, if you fall into the fog, you will have to restart the entire section, so don't do that. Hold down to check if there is a platform, just to be safe. You can also pogo on spikes, which is good to know. Don't run. Walking will give you time to react to traps on the ground. You can walk past the falling spikes without them hitting you. The mist is made of a pool of seven randomly chosen rooms. Checking the wiki or remembering each room by heart can be useful to find the exit.
