All the credit goes to ‪@CreeZone‬ ‪@AgaYuditraStudio‬ ‪@ebolzzable‬ when you are opening wheel config make sure you are opening "wheel config Dev " there are 2 applications inside it, u may not see them in there but you can search in the search bar( type wheelconfig ) and get it! If you get an error message while installing Wheelcinfig software I suggest you change the installing location to another drive and install it. There are many encoders if your encoder has 5 wires it means the other wire is for the Z, one for the 5v(VCC), the other for the GRD, other 3 are A, B, and Z. since I have used 4 wired encoder I have to use a toggle switch for the Z.
