The official release date for the Cars 3 die-casts is May 1, 2017. I bought Miss Fritter from an Ebay seller named snapdragontoyz. However, the seller has changed their name to seeemilyplaytoys and removed all of their listings for Cars 3 die-casts. The seller was most likely caught selling Cars 3 die-casts before the official release and was told to stop selling them. Miss Fritter is a new character for Cars 3. She is a scary-looking school bus, sporting horns and random license plates from her victims. Although her exact appearance in the movie is unknown, she'll most likely have a part in the demolition derby at the Thunder Hollow Speedway. She will be released as a Deluxe.
