This is the 13th episode in the build series that follows my journey as a backyard restorer, undertaking a 1964 EH Holden panel van restoration that holds sentimental value to me as it was originally started by my panelbeater Dad, who has passed. In this video, I share some rust repair techniques, rust hiding spots and set forth on mounting the van back on the rotisserie in order to clear the hoist for the next project...yes, a paid project! But more on that next episode. Throughout this build series, I share what I am learning along the way and the mistakes I make in order to show you, that anyone can have a crack at this type of restoration (if they have the patience!). I am not a panelbeater or mechanic by any stretch, but love spending the time in the shed restoring these old classics.
