Here is one easy way to fix an EH clone. Although there are many things that could go wrong, this seems to be a common issue with an easy solution. A lot of people have complained in the past that they've purchased a small clone or big muff only to have it stop working after a few tries. Usually the reason is because of using an inappropriate power supply that doesn't match the requirements of the pedal. This can result in a component called a protective diode to fry in the peddle so that the board can be saved, kind of like a fuse. This can easily be fixed by removing the wire and diode and replacing it with a new diode. You could also use just a plain wire if you want, although it's not recommended because if problem occurs again, your board will be fried. Sorry for the crappy sound test.
