A gentle drop of calm for the heart and mind, for kids and families everywhere. Music with Michal and I wrote this minimal, mindful, calming, and heartfelt tune as a way to connect in a time of global disarray. Standing under the same stars, one of us on an island in the North, one near the sea in the South, we fired messages back and forth, soon after hearing about the borders closing and the impending lockdown, and within a couple of hours we had a song. We felt compelled to complete and share this song in support of child and parental mental health; a reflection of our own experiences, hopes, and wishes for our families.
