Well I hate perfect sky for photoshoots, and I also hate tornado warnings during photoshoots......... I got both while visiting Nobody Customs in Keithsville Louisiana as I was headed to Illinois to finish my photoshoot with Rad Rides by Troy, and their killer handmade 1936 Ford that recently won Americas Most Beautiful Roadster. I first started hanging out with Joel ,and everyone from Nobody Customs at Lone Star Throwdown Several years when I said Id love to photograph the Cameo they built. Well with me being me "later this year" turned into several years, and finally after picking their killer Iroc for my GoodGuys Magazine Feature pick I finally set a date with them. Of course when I'm all packed and headed east from our house in Texas a crazy storm blew in, and I just casually followed it as it made its way towards Shreveport. When I arrived the power was out, and Joel was kind enough to hook the Sprinter up to a generator for power so I could run. the A/C while we waited for the lights to come on. I finally got tired of waiting so I dug all my Broncolor SoftBoxes and my Fuji GFX 100 out of the van, and started photographing the details on the six cars I had to photograph while I was there. We had a really awesome lineup to photograph while I was there my favorites being the Malibu, Iron, and the Rolls Royce with a LS and air bagged on a custom chassis. The first two photoshoots where the Rolls Royce and the Custom Truck that I had chosen to photograph in front of a local church, but while the rolls looked killer I wasn't digging the lighting on the truck. I was rescued by not realizing that the church had services that evening so even though they gave us permission to stay I was off to find green pastures(a better spot) While in town looking at a old bowling alley to photograph the Iron in front of I noticed a old Ryans Steakhouse that made a perfect spot for the Truck, and their 1956 Chevrolet Convertible that was on the list to photograph as well. After knocking those three out that day the next morning we got up early to photograph the Iroc and the Malibu in front of the era appropriate bowling alley. Again by the time I got to the second vehicle I wasn't feeling the light again, and moved to a closed down gas station for the next two photoshoots. I missed my chance at photographing the Apache for a truck magazine since I had drug my feet so long someone else beat me to it so I just photographed it for this video, the shop, and the people who owned it. Also while I was there I talked Joel into giving me a walkthrough of the shop, and the current projects they have going on this year, and it looks like I will have more to photograph in the near future. Thanks to Joel and all the crew at Nobody Customs for the hospitality(and feeding me haha) Look forward to photographing even more cars in the near future, and will try to not wait so long next time so I have to Photograph Six in basically one day haha Thanks for watching @NotStockPhoto 📸 @FujifilmUSACameras GFX100ii 💡@broncolorworld @BroncolorUSA Siros 800L 💼 @ThinkTankPhoto camera bags #carculture #hotrodshop #rollsroyce #camaro #musclecar #shoptour #bts 00:00 Intro 01:55 Shop Tour 21:46 Photographing Details 30:00 Rolls Royce Photoshoot 32:50 Ran out of Gas 34:28 Tri Five Chevy and Truck Photoshoots 39:39 Camaro Iroc Bowling Alley Photoshoot 43:41 Malibu Photoshoot 45:21 Corvette Photoshoot 46:41 Cameo Pickup Photoshoot/Outro
