My Healing Journey: Ayahuasca, Depression, and Anxiety

Specifically, my 30th! It’s been an amazing, but challenging and transformational year for me. In addition to quitting my job to follow a dream, I went on a journey of another kind - one to deal with the clinical depression (specifically, dysthymia), anxiety, and suicidal ideation that I struggled with for the better part of 2 decades. Earlier this year, things came to a head and I experienced my worst depressive episode since college, subsequently had an ayahuasca experience, and through that experienced a miraculous transformation. Now, my depression is completely gone, my anxiety is greatly diminished, and I have access to a sustainable internal state of peace and happiness that I didn't believe was possible for me. I made this video to share my journey in the hopes that it gives people with similar struggles a little inspiration to seek the light at the end of the tunnel, and to make them aware of alternatives to conventional medicine. It's a long video - I expect that very few people will watch it, and that even fewer will watch all of it, but I hope that it reaches whoever needs it, when they need it.
