The ancient Psalms, written by King David give us an amazing example of how we can pour out all of our emotion before God. The good, the bad, the cry of our heart. When you're stuck in the middle of depression and can't gain the strength to get out of bed in the morning or you feel like you're at the end of your rope with dead end circumstances, we can have confidence that our Father in heaven hears every tear we cry. Every heartfelt word spoken in joy or in anger—he hears them all and he cares with an immense lovingkindness.
