The highlight was the spectacular "Fireman’s Wedding" – a mock rescue staged by local firemen, Naval Cadets, and Sea Scouts. But in a matter of minutes, the performance turned to tragedy. A real fire broke out while 15 people were still inside the wooden and canvas “wedding house”. The crowd initially thought the screams were part of the act, until the horrifying truth became clear.
