Make sure there is a guard around that sees you pickpocket someone (Make sure the person you are pickpocketing doesn't catch you or you will be thrown out of the guild, as shown in the video) 2. Select resist arrest when he comes to you and just circle around the person you pickpocketed, while holding block. (Not sure if this is necessary) 3. When you hear the other mages conjuration sounds (summon skeleton), hold block and press space (or whatever key is bound to 'activate') while targeting the guard to yield and then run away from the guard until one of the mage's guild member hits the guard. 4. If everything went correctly, all the other mages should start attacking the guard and you will not be removed from the guild, though you still have a bounty (small one). I'm probably not the first one to find this, but decided to share anyway.
