This scenario is A Proper Charlie by VictoryWorks and it comes with the Bulleid Q1 pack. We assemble a train and take it down the Somerset and Dorset Joint Railway using the "coffee pot" Bulleid Q1 steam locomotive. All the wartime era freight wagons used in this scenario come with the Q1 too - so if you're looking to add some wartime experience to your collection, this and the USATC S160 are both great packs to pick up. Both are by VictoryWorks.
