I play on 100% on foot soldier sensitivity with 0% stick-aim acceleration. FoV is 90 with ADS zoom set to OFF and an ultrawide monitor. I play by holding my controller with the "Claw" playstyle by pressing A, X, Y, and B with my right index finger so I can continue to aim with my thumb never having to leave the right analog stick.
