Jacob’s Mugen Pick III: Son Goku & Ruby Rose Vs Superman & Maka Albarn w/Soul Evans (Soul Eater)

Created on January 26, 2026 SN: Ever since I came back to present one Mugen pick that I made, two years ago with a single match between Deadpool & Kirakira. The views was growing incredibly slow and I kept waiting for any comment/s; especially some likes for it. I was feeling a little nervous as if nobody was interested, so I decided to work on Jacob’s new Mugen request that I was given by him a year ago, after I did Operator Walter’s 2nd Mugen request. After I was done with Jacob’s new request, I decided to look back into my Deadpool & Kirakira video to see if there’s any response. So far, the views only went up to 20 as I kept rewriting and changing the description to see if that would help to gain some attention or at least for it to publicly noticed? There wasn’t any likes or comments. Except until recently, there’s finally been a comment and also a like. I was totally happy and I'm real thankful for whoever gave me the like and I also want to thank one who commented as well. Thank you very much as I deeply appreciated! But anyway, let’s go ahead and get these separate Mugen picks on the road as there something I wanted to share with, in the meantime. Thank you for listening and enjoy the show! Hi, everybody! Here’s a simul with multiple Saiyan forms of Goku & Ruby, squaring up against Superman & Maka, politely requested by Jacob Smallwood. On Goku’s side we have: Son Goku (孫(そん)悟(ご)空(くう) /or Goku aka Kakarot (カカロット) from the Dragon Ball series & Ruby Rose from RWBY. And on Superman's side, we have: Kal-El/Clark Kent aka Superman & Maka Albarn from Soul Eater (ソウルイーター, Sōru Ītā). Before we talk about this battle, we’ll go over a little bio on Maka. Maka Albarn (マカ・アルバーン, Maka Arubān) is the secondary main protagonist, next to Soul Evans (ソウル・エヴァンス, Sōru Evansu) aka Soul Eater, who’s a two-star (二つ星, futatsu hoshi) meister student at Death Weapon Meister Academy (死神武器職人専門学校, Shinigami Buki Shokunin Senmon Gakkō) and she’s an ex-member of Spartoi. Plus, she’s the daughter of Spirit Albarn (スピリット・アルバーン, Supiritto Arubān), aka Death Scythe (デスサイズ, Desu Saizu), who’s been inspired to be a scythe-meister as her mother. However, Soul Evans let’s himself become the demon scythe (Soul Eater) to be stronger and better death weapon than her father’s to fight against evil of all forms and keep weapons from becoming demonic gods (kishin). This one took a couple tries with the new screenpack that I got from MA (Maxi Mugen’s Marvel vs Capcom 1.1), which causes the Mugen game to crash with certain character like the Superman by Hannibal/Kal-Elvis and Friends and one of the Ruby Rose chars by OHMSBY (one that’s edited by Mr.Giang). Although, this one needed to run under 4GB.exe and I gave up one Ruby Rose edited by Mr.Giang. And started to use a Superman by MDS_GEIST,Tumate (with Hannibal/Kal-Elvis and Friends included). I went back with OHMSBY’s regular Ruby, but I also applied the AI patch for her by Holn, which should make Ruby a worthy challenger. Still, the Mugen crash with Superman, but this took a few more tries, until the following chosen characters have finally been read and loaded into the chosen stage. Now I did this match couple times, including re-recording to see if both Superman & Maka would win a round (just for once). However, Goku manage to make this fight more short-paced, yet an easy win. Apparently, this Goku is quite a savage; whenever he goes into different Saiyan phases. Somehow, Maka did put up a hell of a good fight as she managed to roughen up Goku with her Soul Eater scythe’s slash shots; especially her charge attacks w/Soul Evans. Not to mention that she manage to put some scratches on Ruby as well when her guard was down. .... (rest of the description is wip, but will be here or in the comment, if unable to fit.)
