Running hot, needs more cooling capacity to run like this at track.. 3 laps at full attack and it goes to 115°C engine coolant temperature.. Spec: B205 fully forged and dynamically balanced to 8000rpm. Balance shaft delete. Modified oil system to allow for high rpm and all bearing clearances have been checked and adjusted. Pistons has been modified to enhance combustion efficiency. Special E100 B205 saab engine lab cylinder head with other OEM spec experimental valves and valve seats. I have reinforced the casting, 42kg valve springs, ported like the saab rallycross engines and it has some similarites to the Per Eklund pikes peak viggen for example. Plus some additional features that I have added to improve it even further. Currently has B234i intake cam and B202S turbo exhaust cam, adjusted to optimal timing(7000-7200rpm peak). It has a ported G30-660 turbo T25 0.72 A/R and sweden exhaust stock location manifold. 3.5-3" intake piping with larger 3.5" MAF. DO88 big pack with intercooler and all. Stainless 3.5" downpipe to a stainless 3" catback. Mainly to keep noise levels down, I want larger in reality. Bosch 870cc injectors plus the latest DW300 fuel pump and running petrol/pump gas only. Modified overclocked T7 ecu and so on aswell. Built F40 gearbox with quaife differential and everything(gonna change the gearing later)
