You can get 5% off their off-grid security cameras and other products with my code "Jessica5" - this is the camera I have in my van: https://reolink.com/product/reolink-g... 🍋🫐🥮 BILBERRY LEMON PIE RECIPE 🥮🫐🍋 Filling ingredients: 1 cup bilberries juice of 1/2 lemon zest of 1 lemon 3 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp flour pinch cinnamon Pastry ingredients: 3 cups flour 5 tbsp sugar 6 tbsp butter approx. 1/3 cup milk (I used oat) pinch of salt Method: Make the pastry by rubbing butter, flour and sugar together. Add oat milk slowly until the dough comes together. Divide into two parts (2/3 for the base and 1/3 for the top). Press the base into a baking dish firmly. For the filling, mix the bilberries, lemon zest & juice, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Pour filling onto the base. Crumble the remaining dough over the filling. Base at 180° for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden.
