For dirty or oily surfaces an industrial degreaser such as Watco Concroff or Watco Bio-D should be used. STEP 2 – MIXING Remove the bag of powder from the bucket. Add water back into the bucket. Gradually add the powder to the water. Use a ratio of 1 parts clean, cold water to 3 parts powder. Mix thoroughly to achieve an evenly coloured, smooth and pourable consistency. Mix near to the area to be repaired as the product will harden quickly and must be used within 5-10 minutes. STEP 3 – APPLICATION Pour the mixture into the damaged area.
