The podcast has taken me through my own personal journey into becoming a researcher, interviewer, host, editor, producer and manager. These combination of skills, combined with the outlook of growth, with sheer focus, dedication and commitment to channel the passion of coaching, the experience and vision of how the game can support the growth of so many, I have been lucky enough to have met so many wonderful individuals who have helped the podcast grow even further, taking it to the next level. The podcast offers insights and stories from so many wonderful individuals - coaches, ex-players, current players, physios and many other professionals and these professionals aren't just from the world of sport. Combining teaching, learning, coaching, youth work, community, sport, coaching, player development and so much more, the podcast offers so much for those wanting to learn more about players; coaching; their own development; reflection; teaching and much more. The wonderful expansion of content will continue to provide and offer so much to the stakeholders who engage with the platform and podcast. It is with many thanks that I have learnt so much from so many wonderful guests, providing even more to the coaching community in the process.
