Early in my career, I made this mistake constantly. Negative comments on social media triggered long responses. I tried to convince people who had already decided who I was. When criticism grew, I fought harder. I even tried using lawyers to shut down false accusations. But eventually I realized something important. You cannot win by fighting every lie. The more visible you become, the more criticism you attract. That is not a failure. It is the price of impact. Real certainty does not argue. It does not chase approval. It keeps building.
